Return Policy

At Boutika.ca, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer.

If there is anything wrong with the quality of the product you ordered, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it, issue a gift card or refund if purchased within 15 days

You will need a return authorization number before sending any merchandise. To obtain that authorization, please fill in the Return Form. Boutika.ca will send an Authorization return number within 48hrs.

All you need to do is call our Customer Service at 1-877-BOUTIKA (268-8452) and we'll issue a return authorization number within 48hrs. Once you have received the return authorization number, you will need to send back your new or unused item (no scratches, markes or damages, no alterations of the item) with all the original packaging and materials included.

We appreciate your business and will strive to make the refund or exchange as pleasant as possible, however, we will need to inspect the item once we receive it to issue the refund or exchange.

If the item has been altered, used, damaged or marked, we will send you back your item (at your expense).

All items on sale or items purchased at a discounted rate using coupon codes are non-refundable.

Delivery charges are at the expense of sender and he/she will assume all risks; Boutika cannot be responsible for loss or destruction during transport.
